Where are your orders being fulfilled from?

We work with a network of DTG printers & factories across the world. When you place an order, we will try to get your order fulfilled as close to your country as possible.

How much is shipping to my country?

Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Please check our shipping calculator at checkout for specific costs and estimated delivery times.

What mode of payment do you accept?

1.) Credit/Debit Card, and
2.) Paypal.

How fast will i received my order after making payment.

Printing and processing takes anything from 5 to 10 working days +/- depending on the queue for print upon confirmation of receipt of payment. Once your order has been printed and shipped out, you will receive a notification via email.

What is your return/exchange policy like?

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a photo of the damaged item to qualify for a refund or replacement.  We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products ordered in the wrong size or if you change your mind about the purchase.

What if i ordered the wrong size?

The sizing chart provided on all product pages comes direct from the apparel manufacturer, the error of margin is close to zero. If in doubt, do measure using a measuring tape. 

I need to know the measurement of the apparel.

Measurements of the apparel are available on all product pages. Kindly refer to the sizing chart before placing an order.

You don’t have my size.

There is a design you have that i like but i would like it on a another kind of apparel instead, are you able to do it?

Yes, that is possible, due to the nature of our products, we are able to have the design on a variety of apparel ranging from tank tops to long tee to socks, contact us and talk to our customer service executives.

I have a custom design that i want to print, is that possible?

Yes, that is possible, we do custom prints as well, contact us and talk to our customer service executives.
